For Travelers: During Your Tour
Keep your phone charged and on your person at all times.
Do not leave your belongings unattended or in a guide's vehicle.
If at any point you feel unsafe, trust your instincts and remove yourself from the situation.
Do not carry large amounts of cash. Agree on pricing before the tour begins.

For Guides & Drivers: Your Safety Responsibilities
All guides and drivers on World Traveler Connect are expected to:
Hold all required Jamaican licences, permits, and insurance.
Never operate while impaired by alcohol or drugs.
Maintain vehicles in safe, roadworthy condition.
Treat all clients with respect and professionalism.
Contact World Traveler Connect immediately in the event of any safety incident involving a traveller.
Report a Safety Concern
If you experience or witness a safety issue involving a guide, driver, or other user on World Traveler Connect, please report it immediately to support@travelguideconnect.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate and take appropriate action, including profile removal where necessary.
