TravelGuideConnect Legal Center
This agreement applies to any driver or transportation provider using TravelGuideConnect to advertise or arrange rides.
Last updated: March 2026
01
You are an independent transportation provider, not an employee, fleet operator, or agent of TravelGuideConnect. You control your routes, vehicle operations, and trip acceptance decisions.
02
Before accepting trips, you must hold and maintain every licence, permit, roadworthiness certificate, insurance policy, and regulatory approval required for commercial passenger transportation in the places where you operate.
03
04
You must communicate truthfully about pickup windows, pricing, luggage limits, route changes, and delays. You may not harass passengers, discriminate unlawfully, or deviate from agreed trip terms without consent.
05
You collect your own fares and are responsible for taxes, invoices, receipts, tolls, airport fees, cancellations, and refund decisions unless a written platform policy says otherwise.
06
If an accident, safety issue, or law-enforcement matter occurs, you must prioritise passenger safety, contact emergency services where appropriate, and promptly notify TravelGuideConnect at support@travelguideconnect.com.
07
You must keep your vehicle details, service areas, rates, and photos accurate. You may only upload content you own or are authorised to use.
08
We may suspend, restrict, or remove your account when we identify safety concerns, licensing gaps, fraudulent content, unresolved complaints, or behaviour that creates legal or reputational risk for the platform.
09
You agree to indemnify and hold TravelGuideConnect harmless from claims, losses, fines, or legal proceedings arising from your trips, vehicle operations, legal non-compliance, or interactions with passengers.
