TravelGuideConnect is a marketplace platform — we connect users with independent services and drivers, but we do not process, hold, or participate in any financial transactions between users.
All payment arrangements are made directly between the user and the provider. This means that refunds, cancellations, and any financial disputes are handled between those two parties — not through TravelGuideConnect.
02
If you need to cancel a booking, contact your provider directly through the TravelGuideConnect messaging system as early as possible.
Always confirm a provider's specific cancellation policy before booking.
03
If a provider cancels a confirmed booking, the user is entitled to a full refund of any amount paid. Providers who frequently cancel confirmed bookings may have their accounts reviewed or suspended.
If a provider does not show up or cancels last-minute without notice, please report this to us at info@travelguideconnect.com so we can take appropriate action.
04
TravelGuideConnect is not a party to the financial agreement between users and providers, and we cannot process refunds on either party's behalf.
However, we take disputes seriously. If a provider has behaved fraudulently, misrepresented their services, or failed to show up, you can report this through the platform. We may take action against the provider's account including suspension or removal.
05
If a tour must be cancelled due to circumstances beyond anyone's control — severe weather, natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or other force majeure events — we encourage providers and users to work together in good faith to reschedule or issue a fair refund.
TravelGuideConnect will not be liable for losses arising from such circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.
